Does your plan meet the needs of all employees?
Would you like to contribute more for owners and top management?
Was you plan designed to suit your particular needs and objectives?
There are five service components in retirement plans: recordkeeping, administration, trustee/custodian, investments, and education. There are two ways to deliver these services: Bundled and Unbundled
Bundled plans, offered by mutual fund and insurance companies, offer the convenience of getting everything you need from one source. However, the big disadvantages are your options within the Plan are limited, there is disparity with the providers’ expertise with the various service components of the Plan and fees are not fully transparent
Unbundled offers the flexibility to select the best providers for each service component of the Plan in an open architecture environment with fee transparency. The disadvantage has been managing the Plan information and services across multiple relationships.
Gasber Financial Advisors, Inc. works to bring together "best of breed" unbundled retirement plan service providers in an integrated platform that, from a service perspective, creates a bundled environment. The “unbundled bundled” approach brings together unbiased, industry-leading service options and competitive pricing.
